1．交通隔离设施形式的选择须考虑强度、性能、经济性和美观性等综合因素确定 [1] 。
1. The choice of the form of traffic isolation facilities should take into account comprehensive factors such as strength, performance, economy and aesthetics.
2．考虑到维修材料的贮备以及方便维修，应尽量减少交通隔离设施的种类。
2. Considering the storage of maintenance materials and the convenience of maintenance, the types of traffic isolation facilities should be minimized.
3．交通隔离设施的设置应考虑其侧向净宽和端头净距，侧向净宽从隔离设施最外沿起算，其值为0.25～0.5m，端头净距从隔离设施端部最外沿起算，其值为2～4m。
3. The setting of traffic isolation facilities should take into account their lateral net width and terminal net distance. The lateral net width starts from the outermost edge of the isolation facilities, and its value is 0.25-0.5m. The terminal net distance starts from the outermost edge of the isolation facilities, and its value is 2-4m.
车行道隔离设施
Roadway Isolation Facilities
1．车行道隔离设施是用来分隔对向或同向行驶的交通流，并有禁止车辆左转进出行驶和行人任意穿越道路的作用，一般设置在道路中心线上或车道分隔线上。车行道隔离设施分为车行道中心隔离设施（分隔对向）和车行道分界隔离设施（分隔同向）。
1. Traffic Lane isolation facilities are used to separate opposite or co-directional traffic, and have the function of forbidding vehicles to turn left into or out of the road and pedestrians to cross the road at will. They are generally set on the central line of the road or on the lane separating line. Roadway isolation facilities are divided into central isolation facilities (opposite separation) and boundary isolation facilities (same separation).
2．车行道隔离设施主要采用三种形式：绿化分隔带、隔离护栏、混凝土防撞墙。在市区范围内，优先选取的形式依次为绿化分隔带、隔离护栏；在市郊范围内，优先选取的形式依次为绿化分隔带、混凝土防撞墙、隔离护栏。
2. There are three main types of roadway isolation facilities: green partition belt, isolation fence and concrete anti-collision wall. Within the urban area, the preferred forms are greening partition belt and isolation barrier; in the suburban area, the preferred forms are greening partition belt, concrete anti-collision wall and isolation barrier.
3．同一道路上应设置统一样式的车行道隔离设施。

4．符合下列条件之一的新建、改建道路可设置车行道中心隔离设施：

（1）道路中设有高架道路、大型桥梁墩柱的地方又无其它隔离措施的。

（2）桥梁、高架道路、立交、隧道双向交通的出入口与地面道路连接的路段。
(2) The section connecting the entrance and exit of two-way traffic of bridges, viaducts, interchanges and tunnels with the ground road.
（3）高等级道路与一般道路双向交通连接的过渡路段。
